When a child is
removed from a
family by the
State or when
the State makes
an
allegation of
child abuse,
neglect, or
abandonment,
parents have a
right to legal
representation.
If a parent
cannot afford an
attorney and is
deemed indigent
by the
court, an
attorney from
RC4 will be
appointed. RC4's
attorneys and
staff are

trained in

and procedures,
and they are
committed to
achieving the
best possible
outcome for
